Karman Line

Karman Line is an approximately 1,835-acre master-planned community located in central El Paso County, east of Colorado Springs. The site is situated across Curtis Road west of Schriever Space Force Base and adjacent to Bradley Road, a primary east–west transportation corridor, roughly six miles east of Colorado Springs Airport. The master plan concept is currently being developed and includes a mix of residential neighborhoods, mixed-use areas, commercial and retail uses, light industrial, public facilities, parks, trails, and preserved open space. The goal is to enhance natural features while fostering a strong sense of place and long-term quality of life.
