The power of O|NE
The Power of O|NE reflects how O|NE La Plata brings experience, perspective, and capability together under one roof—aligning people who know how to turn vision into lasting places.
Formed in 2025 through the combination of La Plata Communities and the construction and property management divisions of The O’Neil Group Company, O|NE La Plata builds on decades of proven leadership. That foundation includes Kevin O’Neil’s investment and business expertise, alongside nearly 30 years of master-planned community experience from Doug Quimby and Mike Ruebenson.
Today, O|NE La Plata operates as a full-service real estate and development firm—bringing acquisition, planning, engineering, construction, owner’s representation, property management, and long-term ownership together within a single, integrated team. By serving as one accountable partner from vision through stewardship, we simplify complexity and build communities designed to endure.
Approach

Distinction in community and project development
At O|NE La Plata, our role goes beyond traditional real estate. We act as community builders and owners’ representatives—bringing planning, execution, and long-term stewardship together as O|NE coordinated effort.
Our approach is hands-on and disciplined, shaped by careful analysis, clear communication, and close collaboration at every stage. From early planning and engineering through construction and project management, we focus on aligning teams, simplifying complexity, and delivering projects that create real connection and lasting value. That integrated mindset—unifying every part of development with purpose and accountability—is the Power of O|NE in practice.
