The Land Use Plan includes up to 360 homes, multiple park and open space areas, and trail corridors, with public streets accessed from Chapel Ridge Drive just north of Old Ranch Road. The community will offer a mix of residential product types at attainable price points, benefiting from proximity to offices, retail, and recreation. Development will progress through the City planning process, with development activity anticipated in late 2026 and into 2027.
