Selected through a competitive public-private process, O|NE La Plata is serving as developer partner to CSU Pueblo on the transformation of the university’s entry corridor. The project envisions a mixed-use campus centerpiece organized into five districts, offering academic, residential, commercial, and experiential uses. The goal is to create an authentic, inclusive destination that enhances campus life and strengthens university–community connections.
