The vision is to create a new vibrant campus core that blends seamlessly with the existing university while offering a mix of uses and experiences for students, faculty, staff, employers, residents, and visitors. O|NE La Plata leads due diligence, entitlements, infrastructure coordination, financial strategy, phasing alignment, and stakeholder engagement in close collaboration with the University.
